Contest is determined by the PA Lottery 7pm Daily Number Drawing.  The date of the drawing will be determined after the grid is full.  The grid header numbers will be randomly filled in once the blocks are all filled.  The winner will be determined by using the first digit of the daily number on the left side and the second digit on the top row.  Each block costs $5 and will be invoiced to you for payment.  Any non-payment will cause your name to be removed from any reserved block.
