This bundle includes headlights (RQ-HL-1) with the polished finish mounts with stainless mounting hardware (BK-3polishwhw). No wiring conversion is included so you will have to wire the headlight pigtails into your wiring harness. (see pics)
Go to RQ-HL-1-BlkHar7 if you want the anodized black finish with black oxide hardware along with the hardwire pigtails.
